Customer service (Logistics - Air shipment)

• Salary: 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 (net) + 13th salary, bonus + incentive + allowances
• Time: 8:00 - 8:35 Mon - Fri
• Location: 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC
• Job description:

• Maintain & develop market share with existing customers to match an agreed annual target.

• Be the main window with customers for daily communication, the bridge window for overseas agents and the operation team
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

* Requirement:

• Education degree (such as college, university)
• Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices.
• Knowledge of KWE’s products and services.
• Experience in using systems for bookings, documentation, shipping document insurance, and intranet.
• Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
• Good at MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint….)
• Intermediate English skill (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage
• Being able to work under high pressure.
• Interpersonal skills
