Customer Service Executive (English/Food colour/ Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park)

Job Purpose

▪ Provide customer service support to the organization by communicating new leads to the sales team.

▪ Creation of sales order information accurately in SAP on timely manner.

▪ Ensuring coordination/communication of customers to sales executive in order to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

▪ Preparing / Printing invoices with billing note as a support part to administration and Accounts department.

Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Receiving customer purchase orders, attaining approval, and verifying the accuracy of orders before creating the sales orders in the organization’s internal SAP systems

▪ Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes in terms of delivery location, product code, quantity etc. and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.

▪ Receiving inquiries from sales executive regarding delivery date, time, billing and resolve a variety of order-related issues.

▪ Follow-up from superior authority about approval of sales order and price quotations to ensure the orders reflected at logistics and production on pre agreed timelines.

▪ Receiving new customer enquiries and communicating to sales team.

▪ Preparing sample and document request for RD Dept. on behalf of non available sales executive and ensuring the request is communicated to RD Dept. on priority.

▪ Number the sample, document, complaints, reject sample into logbook before sending to lab.

▪ Raising quotation for salesperson once they are out if office.

▪ Receiving sample, document & other from lab and putting receipt into the logbook before sending to lab.

▪ Co-coordinating with logistics and sales manager in case of delays.

▪ Preparing export invoices.

▪ Must be able to communicate in English
