- MAAS Edtech is seeking a professional and passionate Customer Service Executive to join our team.
- NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 2
- WORKING TIME: 8-hour rotating working shifts
- 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Day Shift – Working at Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, Dist.2, HCM city)
- 5.00 PM – 12.00 AM (Night Shift – Working Online from Home)
- You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues and have 1 day off per week. You need your own laptop to work on night shifts.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any questions or issues customers may have via hotline, email, and social accounts.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requests and confirm orders;
- Handle customers’ complaints about services’;
- Understand the company’s service packages in order to advise customers effectively;
- Follow-up and control the order status;
- Dealing with orders as per company policies, and procedures with customers;
- Receive and input orders into the system;
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
- Work closely with the Order control department to operate orders successfully according to the deadline;
- Collect customer data, feedback, and input into records;
- REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
- 1-year experience in office - Sales, CS is preferred but not necessary
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Be able to read and write emails in English - TOEIC certificate is preferred;

- + Basic salary: 7.000.000 VND – 9.000.000 VND
- + Monthly incentive: 1.500.000 VND – 3.000.000 VND from the second working month
