Customer Service - Counter staff - HCM office

• Evergreen Line operates a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.7 million TEU and maintains services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.
• As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office.
• Job description as below : - Monitor and follow up on customer payments, and collect the necessary Letter of indemnity to facilitate the issuance of B/L, and issue invoice. - Coordinate with relevant parties to expedite the resolution of pending matters related to B/L issuance.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree from a  college or university
• Preferred majors:  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics
• Skills & Competencies ******  Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional and friendly communication style
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
