- Coordinate with the R&D/ QFS/ Production/ Logistics team to discuss and get aligned on product specifications, comply with imported country legislation, and prevent any issue in mass production from happening.
- Coordinate with regional marketing offices to understand customer requirements and ensure accurate communication to internal team.
- Work actively with other departments to respond to customers' inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. Including: sample request, documentation request, complaints if any, etc.
- Keep regular follow up for feedback on samples sent.
- Do research, prepare tendering documentation and support for quality related activities to implement bidding after awarded.
- Follow up with relevant departments to ensure a smooth execution of customer orders, from order receipt to cargo delivery, ensure on time and in full shipments.
- Make weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University, preferably in Economics, International Business, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Admin or related positions
