- Issue and follow up Trial Sample / Sample Orders , ensuring the required quantity, quality, lead time and ETD; provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate sample delivery to ensure on-time shipment and customer satisfaction, while optimizing shipment costs where possible.
- Maintain and update sample status, approval records and KPI reports , including Pending, Approved, Rejected/Drop samples and internal sample mistake records.
- Manage sample inventory and sample archives , including stock utilization for future sample orders or bulk-order shortages.
- Maintain sample standards and references , including fonts, logos, films, Pantone/color standards and yarn color consistency.
- Support Developers and customers , prepare sample catalogues and monthly Charge/FOC reports, and perform other related tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
