Costing & Quotation Specialist

• Prepare quotations and detailed cost breakdowns for new projects, repeat orders, engineering changes, and annual price reviews.
• Build standard cost models covering Bill of Materials (BOM), labor/Standard Minute Value (SMV), process and surface finishing, overhead, tooling, packaging, freight, duty, and scrap.
• Cost new models from drawings, CAD, samples, and routings, then validate them with Production and Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Conduct make-or-buy analyses and regional cross-border cost benchmark comparisons.
• Support price negotiations, cost-down requests, and cost-open-book submissions.
• Align quotations with the Group quotation team (working language: English).
• Track quoted-vs-actual costs and drive Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) savings.
• Working hours: Monday - Saturday.
• Company shuttle bus available from District 1 and District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.

• At least 3 years of experience (5+ years for Senior level) in costing, quotation, Industrial Engineering (IE), or production engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastic injection, metal forming, die-casting, CNC, polishing, plating/PVD/painting, precision assembly, or packaging is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Engineering (IE) principles applied to costing, capable of converting process routes into defensible conversion costs.
• Possess a commercial mindset with a strong grasp of cost, price, and margin.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP costing data (e.g., enterprise ERP systems).
• Good working English proficiency.
