Position title: Corporate Communication Executive - Chuyên viên Truyền Thông Đối Ngoại

This position is to support Communication Manager in developing and executing all corporate communications, is key person in charge of external communications, company events, press conference, public relation strategy & programs, media relations & management.

External Communications: 80%

• Media relations: Identification of key media; build and maintain relationships with a variety of media.
• Ensure all communications are delivered in a timely manner
• Take charge of all press conferences, media hostings/tours and media activities
• Coordination of communication’s activities with the local executives
• Define & contribute key message & external message content
• Implement PR plans, timeline and budget and obtaining necessary approval
• Support team to maintain good relationship with governance/authority agencies to implement company business strategy

Relevant Tasks assigned by direct manager & HR Director: 20%

Requirement:

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relation, Foreign Affair
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of cooperate communication in multinational company / press agencies / foreign affair agencies
• Strong in dealing with key media contacts
• Possess proven network with authority, governance offices / departments
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Drive, motivation and initiative
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
