- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Uderstand buyer testing manual
- Follow up testing order; sending testing report to client timely and accuracy
- Receiving and solving client queries related to test report
- Deal with complaints regarding to the customer feedback
- Making worksheet for Laboratory
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in major in Chemical/Garment/Textile or related field.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Have working experience in Garment company is referable
- Good understanding of testing procedure and good problem solving ability
- Be able to complete job accurately & timely
- Careful, hardworking, team work spirit and willing to work overtime
- Ability to work under high pressure.
