• Business Projection: Lead the process to provide insights and business projections for demand planning in yearly, quarterly and monthly cycles for Marketing & Demand team. This includes bi-annual review on business performance & monthly revisions to ensure overall business & demand initiatives are on track. 
• Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Responsible to consolidate internal & external data to make sense of the whole market’s business picture in both macro and micro-economics context, in order to identify business jobs to be done in short-term and long-term to achieve commercial targets. 
• Analytics: Provide insights, analytics and performance dashboards and reporting to support business teams with data-driven decision making. Translate data/insights into short/mid-term forecasting of business performance/expectations. Ensure business decisions are based on data/fact-based analysis.
• Drive innovation in analytics and business execution to become leaner, aligned and have impact on the business performance & Investment Strategy.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles, including but not limited to Business Analyst, CMI in both qualitative and quantitative fields. Experience & proven track record driving a customer and market insights related function
• Solid computer skills is a must. Comfortable working with & processing complex data sets. Excellence in SQL is a plus. 
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude. An ideal candidate must be able to tell business stories with data. 
• Decent communication skills in written (emails, presentations) and verbal (discussions) forms. 
• Proven record of leading and developing people.
