Construction Manager (Developer/Binh Duong)

・Having team management experience of more than 3 years

・Working at least 3-4 years at the latest company

Salary: ~45,000,000VND/month/Gross

Age, Gender: 30-45 years old (prefer 37-42 years old) / Male

Job Descriptions:

① Work on-site and manage the construction site

② Checking and giving directions to the team

③ Other related tasks assigned by Managers

Required Experiences and Skills:

・Working experiences in Construction supervision for Residential, High rise building projects, commercial project

・Having working experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in the construction company for over 5 years

・Having strong Technical Construction knowledge and experience working with foreign companies.

・Having strong experience working with the contractor

English : Business Level

Reporting Line: Deputy Director (Project Director) – Project Manager – Construction Manager

Educational Background:

Bachelor degree  - Major: Civil Engineering

Construction Supervision Certificate - Level I

Project Management Certificate - Level I (if any)

Urgency and Steps: ASAP : Screening process → 1st interview → 2nd interview　

Others: Working time : Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 (05 days/week)
