Compliance Senior Executive

• Advise on and review internal regulations on credit-granting activities and other internal regulations to ensure compliance with the Company's rules and applicable laws.
• Update and disseminate new legal documents related to the Company's operations.
• Prepare, or coordinate with other departments to prepare, periodic/ad-hoc reports as required by the State Bank of Vietnam and applicable laws.
• Develop training programs and internal regulations on anti-money laundering.
• Provide legal advice as requested by other departments.
• Review, assess, and report compliance violations within the Company.
• Provide comments, or coordinate with other departments to provide comments, on draft legal documents affecting the Company's operations.
• Draft the Company's internal documents (meeting minutes, resolutions, directives, etc.).
• Manage the Company's licenses and legal documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Education / Certification

• College/Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or internal control.
• Experience at a bank, finance company, or credit institution is preferred.
• Experience reviewing/developing internal regulations and preparing compliance reports.
• Experience in anti-money laundering is an advantage.
