Community Content marketing

• Build the product website. Write SEO-optimized content for all pages & write compelling copies that help with conversion.
• Maintain the content production calendar and project schedules by implementing tools to streamline workflow.
• Grow and manage online communities on Facebook, Discord.
• Moderate social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Use social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the user base and awareness.
• Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance.
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams..
• Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter.
• Analysis and reporting of market growth, surveys, etc.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing/Communication at Creative/IMC Agency or In-house. If you work at Booking Agency or Production House, you must be part of the media production team.
• Prefer candidates whose experience in building foreign communities, being able to work in global timezones
• Love to socialize. Skilled in data collection, information retrieval, in-depth interviewing.
• Experience in event organization and communication is a plus.

• Experienced in writing standard SEO content
• Good English, especially writing skills, Vietnamese - English translation is an advantage
