CNC Production Supervisor

• Plan, manage and monitor daily CNC production to meet quality, productivity and schedule targets
• Lead the CNC team (team leader and operators); monitor performance, work quality, attendance and compliance
• Monitor production progress and machine loading; minimize downtime, idle time and interruptions
• Ensure machines are correctly set up (parameters, work/tool offsets, fixtures, cutting tools) according to drawings, programs and process requirements
• Review and verify CNC programs; identify programming or machining issues before production and recommend solutions
• Work closely with CNC Engineers and related departments to resolve technical issues and complete molds and precision components
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the CNC area
• Working time: Monday – Friday; shift work 1–2 weeks per month as arranged by the line manager
• Free shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa and Ba Ria

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive or related fields
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including a supervisory or team-lead role
• Strong hands-on experience in 5-axis CNC milling (mandatory)
• Proficient in Mastercam for CNC programming, toolpath review and program optimization
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications; basic knowledge of dimensional measurement and inspection
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
• Able to work under production pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Good English communication skills
