Main duties

You’ll be the Product Expert for Mintha Care organization and will acquire knowledge on products, patents and clinical research results, through trainings and documentation available from brands. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.

Job description:

You report daily to Mintha Care Marketing Director and works closely with all teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Support, Retail etc.) and will have 4 core missions:

1. Marketing Operation

• As a Product Specialist, you’ll be in charge of translating, reviewing leaflets and other materials for both retail and medical, and make sure supports are relevant with product claims indicated in Product Authorizations.
• Build product message sets (new and existing): Ensuring timely implementation of issues related to new and existing products.
• Coordinate with business staff to survey and evaluate the level of information reception, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness with regard to products, brands, and salespeople.
• Responsible for all contents and supporting document relating to products on notification registration, advertising registration, and other dossier (if any).

2. Medical Operation

• Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for the successful organization of group presentations (dinners, lunches, CME meeting etc.)
• Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for conferences and other format events planned according to strategy of the company.
• Liaise with Hospitals and other partners to organize such events.
• Prepare content presentations according to company strategy for medical events.

3. Relationship with KOLs

• Support the Medical Director in establishing relationship with KOLs in order to get their support and their endorsement.
• Verify with the Marketing Director beauty influencer’s speech when it comes to product specificities.

4. Internal Trainings

• Organize and prepare all trainings for marketing and medical teams (medical representatives) on products, pathologies, symptoms etc; and marketing team.
• Support medical representatives and providing answers to questions on products, indications etc. concerning Mintha Care products with the help of the Medical Director, the trainers from brands.

5. Other missions

As we are a small structure and starting up, you’ll be asked to be flexible and multitasks. Other missions may include:

• Event organization related tasks (gifts and samples preparation, phone calls, invitation sending and attendance, guest receptions etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits :

• Salary : 15 – 18 million gross (Negotiable). 100% in probation
• Full SHUI of Basic salary from probation.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Economics.
• Self-motivated individual and result-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with KOL's.
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• At least 02 years relevant working experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
• A supportive and effective team member.
• Must be able to write and communicate in ENGLISH.
