Chuyên Viên R&D Gia Cầm - Poultry R&D Specialist

• Xây dựng và triển khai các thử nghiệm liên quan đến thức ăn, dinh dưỡng và sức khỏe gia cầm.
• Theo dõi các chỉ số kỹ thuật: tăng trọng, lượng ăn, FCR, tỷ lệ sống, sức khỏe đàn, màu chân và các chỉ số liên quan.
• Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu thử nghiệm bằng Excel, SPSS, ANOVA hoặc công cụ tương đương.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận Dinh dưỡng, Thú y, R&D, Sản xuất và Kinh doanh để đánh giá hiệu quả sản phẩm.
• Lập báo cáo nghiên cứu và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến công thức, phụ gia hoặc hiệu quả chăn nuôi gia cầm. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Job Description

• Develop and conduct trials related to poultry feed, nutrition and health.
• Monitor technical indicators such as weight gain, feed intake, FCR, survival rate, flock health, shank color and related metrics.
• Collect and analyze trial data using Excel, SPSS, ANOVA or equivalent tools.
• Work with Nutrition, Veterinary, R&D, Production and Sales teams to evaluate product performance.
• Prepare research reports and propose improvements for feed formulas, additives or poultry performance.

• Bắt buộc tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ trở lên chuyên ngành Chăn nuôi, Chăn nuôi thú y, Thú y, Dinh dưỡng vật nuôi hoặc ngành liên quan.
• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong R&D gia cầm, dinh dưỡng gia cầm, thức ăn chăn nuôi, công thức thức ăn hoặc thử nghiệm trang trại.
• Hiểu biết về các chỉ số chăn nuôi gia cầm như FCR, tăng trọng, lượng ăn, tỷ lệ sống và sức khỏe đàn.
• Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, viết báo cáo và đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành bằng tiếng Anh.
• Chủ động, cẩn thận, có tư duy phân tích và sẵn sàng đi công tác/trại khi cần.

Thời gian làm việc

• Thứ 2 – Thứ 7; nghỉ 2 – 2.5 ngày Thứ 7/tháng theo lịch công ty. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Requirements:
• Master’s degree or above is required in Animal Science, Veterinary Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in poultry R&D, poultry nutrition, animal feed, feed formulation or farm trials.
• Good understanding of poultry performance indicators such as FCR, weight gain, feed intake, survival rate and flock health.
• Able to analyze data, prepare reports and read technical documents in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and willing to travel or work at farms when required.
