• Receivables & Credit Management
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and control customer credit limits.
• Manage and follow up on overdue payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Prepare and submit credit insurance applications to Atradius.
• Inventory & Quality Control
• Control and monitor inventory status, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• Track and manage overdue or aging inventory.
• Handle non-conforming goods (NG) returned from customers or suppliers.
• Manage scrap and secondary inventory, including system approvals (Knox) and ERP updates.
• Claim Management & Reporting
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, inspection agencies (Intertek), and shippers to process insurance claims for cargo defects.
• Prepare weekly reports on aging inventory, returns, receivables, and credit status.
• Compile monthly reports and update ERMS data (returns, inventory simulation, AR, scrap status).

• Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Import/Export, or related fields.
• Experience & Knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable control, inventory control, or risk management.
• Solid knowledge of AR management, credit limits, and inventory control.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in the steel industry or metal processing.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting.
• Good English communication skills suitable for an FDI environment.
• Personality & Attitude
