• Trade Profitability & Cash Flow Management:
• Calculate, audit, and track order-level profit margins and cash flows to construct accurate disbursement and collection schedules.
• Operational Data & Document Auditing:
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and synchronization of order records and trade documentation across internal ERP/financial systems.

Payment File Verification

• Rigorously review and approve all order-related payment files and supporting documents before disbursement to ensure full financial and regulatory compliance.
• Credit Risk Management & Early Warning:
• Monitor credit limits for partners, clients, and suppliers; establish early-warning mechanisms to detect and flag credit abnormalities or high-risk exposure.
• Partner Debt Settlement & Reconciliation:
• Oversee cross-border/domestic debt tracking, dispute resolution, and final financial settlement with partners.

BU & Sales Performance Settlement

• Evaluate, analyze, and finalize financial performance and P&L metrics for Business Units (BUs) and Sales Account Managers (AMs).
• Process Optimization & System Enhancement:
• Collaborate with Tech & Ops teams to automate trade finance workflows, reduce reconciliation cycles, and enhance internal controls.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, or CFA) are a strong plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing (Big 4 or reputable mid-tier audit background strongly preferred).

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and database management.
• Strong working knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and basic IFRS.
• Solid understanding of international trade, import-export financing mechanisms, LC, and trade documentation (Incoterms, Bill of Lading, Customs Declarations) is a major advantage.
