Job description:

• Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College
• Planning and operation of internal and external training - job training, leadership training, Discovering educational companies
• Manage the recruitment, selection and interview process for the company using latest technology approaches.
• Operation of in-house organizational culture activities
• Work-related to ER
• Other tasks by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 2 years of experience as Recruitment & Training Staff
• Strong in HRD(training & organizational culture) & ER
• Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
• Good at communication and negotiation skill
• Good at  English
