The Role

• Overall Management of the production and shipping operations.
• Identifying and implementing ongoing, continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
• Boosting delivery efficiencies via implementing new employee job procedures.
• Effectively controlling costs and developing operating budgets.
• Analyse and implement plans and strategies to improve the overall operation in Vietnam
• Manage and develop staff, with a view to up-skilling them

The Applicant

To be considered for this role you must have the following characteristics and experience:-

• Previous experience in running a large, high volume busy operation at multiple locations
• Demonstrate strong Leadership and team development skills
• Experience in furniture manufacturing not essential but beneficial.
• Ability to analyse current production requirements with a view to implementing an ongoing shipment management process.
• Competent Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven staff management record
• Able to travel regularly to factory locations in Quy Nhon.
