Mô tả công việc:

– Advise BOD in directing Technical developments strategically to align with the company’s business strategy;
– Lead and manage Technical Department to deliver effective and efficient results of Technical developments in all functional areas including infrastructure, Network, Intergration System, Security, Technical Solutions, Value added services and Technical support – Manage service;
– Do strategic planning, tactical planning and annual planning to improve, develop all functional areas in information technology in the companywide;
– Manage company’s Technical properties and resources such as IT Infrastructure system (e.g. servers, networks, Data center, NOC, Infrastructure…);
– Monitor performance of Technical staff and driven for high performing IT team;
Motivate, train, coach and develop Technical staff’s functional and competencies capabiliites;
– Any actions would be required for achieving the above job responsibilities.
Experience requirement:
– University Degree in IT or Electronics and Telecommunication or same;
– At least 7 years of experience and strong command in developing and managing Infrastructure Telecommunicaton systems consisting of infrastructure, Network, Intergration System, Security, Technical Solutions, Value added services and Technical support – Manage service.
– At least 7 years of experience in leading/managing a division of 400 ++ subordinates;
– Strong command in communication in both English and Vietnamese languages;
– Strategic planning capability;
– Good in leadership, management, time management, staff motivation, problem solving and capability building;
– Well-organised and analysis skill;
– Dynamic, effective communication;
– Has collaborative and teambuilding spirit.
