Chief Finance Officer (Expat only/CPA/Manufacturing Textile Garment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and strategy
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Supervise the financial reporting and budgeting team
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Must be CPA
• Relevant experience in a management position; Proven experience as Finance Officer or

relevant role

• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss,

balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting

• Experience with corporate governance
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate
• Strong leadership, organizational and people skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
