Mô tả công việc
- Manage and control the day-to-day activities in Finance & Accounting Department. Establish, monitor and implement with team ensure daily job run smoothly.
- Planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts (Cost center), payments and investment.
- Review the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, CIT, etc. as required to ensure accuracy.
- Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report to ensure accuracy.
- Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government authorities related to finance and accounting matters.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the company’s goals.
- Other special tasks assigned by CFO and Top of Management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Economics.
- Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and preferred knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same position and work in FDI companies is preferable.
- Strong knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems, manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Strong leadership, good communication, and integrity.
- Good command of English communication.\Strong computer skills, experience working with SAP system is required.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong growth mindset, proactive and results-driven mindset, able to work under high pressure, high workload.
