CAMPAIGN OPERATION LEADER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY                                

Influencer Management:

• Communicate effectively to influencers to understand Hiip’s service and to use Hiip’s platform
• Maintain active relationships with influencers, communicate  regularly via email, phone calls and live meetings
• Strategically engage with influencers to build professional and personal relationships that lead to successful project execution and new opportunities 
• Support to define and refine influencer segmentation and to create plans which aims to effectively manage and develop influencer resources, both in quantity and quality
• Support to create plans and implement them which aims to optimize the cost, the effectiveness of influencer performance and company solution

 Campaign Management & Client Service

• Collaborate with Sales department in all aspects of selling and client service which belongs to influencer area: recommendation, costing, project operating, reporting to ensure the best quality of each campaign as well as each client
• Handle paperworks and payment tasks for influencers

Team Management

• Build, develop, manage team to meet the KPIs for months, quarters and year 
• Train personnel and help team members develop their skills
• Make reports for months, quarters and year as assigned by line manager
• Partner with manager levels both internally and externally to design operation processes to improve productivity and performance
• Other tasks assigned by Campaign Operation Manager

REQUIREMENT

• 2-3 years working experience, preferred working in marketing agency
• Passionate in influencer marketing, operation campaign
• Good at communication skills.
• Be an organizational person with good numeracy skills and high attention to detail.
• Positive, enthusiastic, committed with ‘can do’ approach

• Location:  PLS Building, 240 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC 
• Working time: 9:00 -18:00 from Monday to Friday
