• Gather pain points and challenges from stakeholders
• Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
• Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
• Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback and make necessary refinements
• Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Yêu cầu

• 2+ years of experience with relevant roles in Product management,  product growth, business analyst
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
• Strong UI/UX skills to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points
• Strong project management skills who is able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Decent technical understanding, allowing effective communication with engineering teams
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
