Business Development Specialist (Job)

As a Business development Specialist in the team, 70% of your scope includes:

• Participate in building strategy together with conducting business development and execution plans for the vertical in-charge
• Follow up business performance, ensure the target is achieved properly, and propose optimisation plan if needed
• Take the lead in building relationship with potential vendors and business partners
• Research on market trend and user demand to propose appropriate products that can enhance customer retention and satisfaction

The other 30% will be:

• Analyse data to update business performance and suggest possible actions for further improvement
• Engage in the whole product development process of features in Job category
• Perform other duties as being assigned by the supervisor

What we need from you:

• Of course, firstly, all “Yes” for the above questions ?
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields and at least 2-year working experience
• Critical and strategic thinking person
• Positive thinking and ‘can do’ attitude
• Active, supportive, and creative team player but can also work independently
• Good command of English
• Good communication and presentation skills as you need to work across departments as well as interacting with strategic partners
• Proficiency in MS Office like Excel, PPT
• Experience in working with large scale companies is a strong plus
