BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (B2B)

Our client is a consulting agency specialized in employer branding strategies and solutions

• Job Title: Senior BD OR BD Manager
• Headcount: 3

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a growth strategy for each service line focused both on current client network upselling as well as new client acquisition.

• In charge of a group of top clients with own target: from prospecting, factfinding, solution introductions and close deals.
• Play the role of coordinator with Partner to ensure clients’ best deal as well as service delivery and satisfaction.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with new and existing customers
• Work closely with marketing team to help gain attraction for partners’ services. When relevant, play the role of Anphabe representative in knowledge sharing sessions as a way to marketing and build qualified leads.
• Keep upgrading business acumen, industry, and solution knowledge to deliver best result.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, major in Sale / Marketing / HR / Communication
• At least 3 years of working experience in Sale / BD. Experiences in HR-related services would be a plus.
• Proven sale track record
• Excellent communication & presentation skills  in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for Business development and Network building
• Detail-oriented, discipline, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Have a great sense of ownership and responsibility
