Business Development Manager

I. JOB ROLE

• Identify, approach and pursue new business opportunities within commercial clients & industrial factories, especially Korean Companies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients from initial stages to post-sale.
• Plan, implement and execute effective sales strategies & sales fundamentals to achieve revenue targets and other related KPIs for short & long-term development.
• Provide expert consultations and presentations of the company solutions to the corporate clients.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals in the C&I corporate clients.
• Develop & execute sales strategies specifically tailored to the demands of clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Report and resolve any issues promptly that may impact sales performance. Provide insights to tailor sales and marketing strategies. Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
• Prepare & present proposal, contract to prospective clients.
• Recruit & manage ambassadors, agents to expand the pipeline projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineer or a related field.
• Sales experience or business development roles in B2B.
• Ability to identify, approach, build and maintain relationships with Korean clients and stakeholders in Vietnam.
• Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
• Intermediate Computer Skills including typing, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Good communication in English & Korean (TOPIK certification is required)
