 Job Description

Strategic Champion:

• Lead the set-up of our Vietnam operations for Home Tester Club and other products like Brand Power.
• Work effectively with global offices in learning, establishing and growing our market-share in Vietnam.
• Manage budgets, achieve targets and plan for long term growth in Vietnam.
• Lead the development of new market opportunities for our products consistent to the business strategy.

 Business Development:

• Drive sales and growth of client base.
• Build good rapport with clients, proactively setting meetings with the necessary stakeholders.
• Direct and guide the development of key accounts to make our value proposition clear to new or potential clients in Vietnam.
• Leverage your local networks to build new business and brand exposure.
• Learn and develop industry knowledge to establish areas of opportunity with potential clients.
• Attend Vietnam’s best conferences and networking events to grow our brand presence and pitch to potential clients.

 Organizational Development

• Create and build a full-service team, you will have support in hiring your team, managing and growing our business.
• Develop long and short-term organisation and manpower plans to ensure that they are consistent and adequate for attainment of sales objectives.
• Think like a solutions provider. You may not have the answer yourself, but you should be resourceful and build a network to support you.

• Proven sales experience.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese essential.
• Experience as sales manager/business development manager, client growth lead or similar roles.
• High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in digital/tech or even FMCG would be preferred.
• A passion for a sales environment will ensure your success in this role!
