• Byfas is a Vietnamese luxury maison where couture craftsmanship, cultural heritage, and refined experiences come together.
• We are looking for a
• Brand & Creative Lead to shape our brand voice, visual identity, and digital presence through compelling storytelling and premium creative content.
• Your Role
• You will lead the planning and creation of brand content across digital platforms while working closely with the Founder to build both the Byfas brand and Founder brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand content and storytelling strategies.
• Plan and produce premium visual content for social media, website, and campaigns.
• Capture and create behind-the-scenes stories, atelier craftsmanship, collections, client experiences, and cultural projects.
• Lead video production, photography direction, and creative execution.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, agencies, and creative partners.

• What We ’ re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in Branding, Creative Content, Digital Marketing, or Visual Storytelling.
• Strong portfolio in branding, photography, video, or creative campaigns.
• Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Experience with AI creative tools is a plus.
• Fluent Vietnamese; English is an advantage.
