[BG] Data Scientist

Data scientist works with business users to  develop analytics use case, including algorithm and analyses to test.

Data Scientist program algorithm and analyze data to generate insights.

Analyze Big Data through advanced analytics to get strategic/business insights, develops reports and dashboards for business users.

Works independently or in team  to deliver high-performing  model,  and to incorporate feedback during  model  rollout. Supports user as buddy  to extract max insights from model  for the business.

Understand  how Analytics models are designed, built and operationalized, and the role of the data scientist in this process. Understands the major analytics techniques and  when they are applicable for different problems. Able to map problems and quantify the impact of proposed measures

2+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems

Degree in Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science

Familiar with SQL and other programming language

Familiar with Machine Learning algorithms and techniques

Expert with statistical software such as R
