Basel 2 Program – Prototype and other risks team Senior Officer in charge of cash-flow - TA008

Main responsibilities: to be in charge of

• Prepare BRD (business requirement document) for cash flow engine and work with vendors and IT to develop the engine;
• Work with Data and IT teams to building Data Model for cash flow engine; 
• Develop balance sheet models to forecast cash flow based on customer behaviors;
• Other tasks assigned by Team Head, PMs and Product owners.

I. Requirements:

a. Professional qualification:

• Graduate university or higher level on major Finance – Banking, Economics; Accounting, Auditing, or other related majors.

b. Experience:

• Have at least 3 year experience on working in the banking sector;
• Experience in working in Liquidity Risk, Market Risk;
• Basic knowledge about Data Model;
• Understand about banking products and banking systems;
• Have basic knowledge on RWA/CAR calculation according to Basel II’s; requirements. Experience on implementing similar projects as a plus.

c. Skills:

• Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel, VBA and basic SQL;
• Fluent user in English speaking, writing, reading and listening;
• Strong communication skills, team-working skills and problem solving skills;

II. Remuneration package:

1. Salaray: Negotiable

2.  Short-term incentive, Year – End Bonus ( by VPBank policy)

3.  Allowance: lunch allowance 35.0000 VND/day, mobile allowance, Vietnamese holiday allowance

9. Working hour: from Monday – Friday, 2 Saturdays in month
