Khách hàng của GN là công ty liên doanh Nhật - Việt mới thành lập đang đầu tư xây dựng dự án và vận hành dự án Nhà máy điện rác ở Bắc Ninh:

Job Description:

• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
•  Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups
• Performs the job in the accounting department as follows and checks on bank transactions, payment transfers, receivable and payable; and inputs data into accounting software.
• Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)
• Coordinates with other departments, an internal audit from parent companies and external parties.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
• Report to: Chief accountant, General Director and BOM

Salary:

• 15,000,000-22,000,000 VND/month as gross salary
• 1 monthly salary/year (13th-month salary)
• Daily transportation from Hanoi city to the company factory
• Working schedule:
• From Monday to Saturday weekly, except Vietnam public holidays
• From 8h-11h30 and 12h30-17h

Candidates who are living in Bac Ninh will be an advantage.

Requirements:

•  University degree majoring in Accounting, finance, auditing
•  At least 3 years experience as a general accountant or tax expert
• Good commands of English (both written and spoken)
• Drafting skills of contractual claim notices and letters in English
• Computer literate-Microsoft Office, popular accounting software (FAST, Misa, Bravo, Effect,…)
• Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
• Transfer pricing reports, VAT refunds, custom clearance-tax exemption, loan precedure (prefer but not required)
