Art Director [DG]

• Dynamic Games is seeking an Art Director / Junior Art Director to lead and guide a team of artists in creating compelling visual experiences for games.
• Communicate artistic vision to team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production Director, programmers, designers, and QA.
• Set visual targets, create style guides, and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee art pipeline, assign tasks, and review assets.
• Foster a safe, respectful work environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Required qualifications and experience: 5+ years in game development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Core lead credit on a minimum of two shipped games.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals (lighting, composition, anatomy, etc.).
• Proficiency with industry-standard art software (e.g., Photoshop, 3D tools).
• Excellent English reading and comprehension.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
