- Provide locations with sufficient numbers and quality to the Business Units as assigned
- Build up & improve pipeline for supporting to acquire locations.
- Align with Exp. Backline for signed contract and SDC for kick off & visit location
- Support National Expansion Manager/HOD for building up Expansion strategy planning
- Recruit, train, retain staffs of team

- Education: University
- Experience: From 4 to 5 years of Retail Real Estate
- Work related skills: "Leadership & management, Acknowlege in Retail RE"
- Soft skills: "Negotiation, Communication, Solve problem, Presentation"
