Architect Team Leader (Furniture)

Dear Our Value Candidates,Our Client is specializing in interior contracting & fit out and furniture manufacturing. They are looking for the highly qualified candidate for Architect Team Leader (Furniture).

• Working Location: HCMC
• Size Company: 100 staff
• Working Time: Monday – Saturday (1/2 day)
• Take care 4 – 5 engineers

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Orientate concept for members in the department.
• Take responsibility for design ideas and quality of drawings when publishing design dossiers.
• Manage and supervise all related activities of a staff of architects and technicians.
• Ensure architectural design work is completed on time and adheres to the established specifications and standards. May prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or architectural
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Able to communicate and protect design plans with the investor
• Knowledge of modern architectural methods and background on solving architectural design and construction problems
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced computer knowledge
• Be good at English is an advantage

BENEFITS

• Salary: $1000 - $1500, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
