Architect - Manager or Deputy Manager

- Controlling of day-to-day Design activities of the Company.
- Control the process of creating Design proposals & review conceptual, basic and detail design drawing & specifications.
- Responsible to develop & review building permit application drawings & spec.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with structural & M/E design dept..
- To co-ordinate with government authorities, project site, sub-contractors to ensure proper execution based on drawing.
- Negotiating with Authorities, Architects or Consultants.
- Control Design process for all projects.
- To make application & design schedule to get client's requirement.
- To issue Design drawings & specification to Client and other department.
- To instruct and evaluate staff I the department.
- Etc.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in Architect; more than 10 years.
- Language skill; Vietnamese and English fluently.
- Qualification; University Graduation, Architect License, Auto CAD / BIM(if any).
- Company consider that the below capability is the essential as our Architect Manager and Deputy Manager.
- Manage design work based on the applicable regulation and law.
- Coordinate and proceed the authority application e.g. EIA, Building Application, Fire Fighting etc. based on the applicable regulations, past experiences and negotiation skill.
- Account to stakeholders, e.g. clients/authorities/inspectors, for the design works including all related works.
