Job Description

•  Work with project manager to understand the needs and explain the design.
• Ability to consult, explain and present to about expertise.
• Create detailed work plans to meet project milestones and continuously monitor progress.
• Designing architectural ideas for civil works: mainly is factory ... and interior products and other products. interior and exterior works.
• Development of the design - construction process. Supervising the author and making sure the drawings work when transferred to the construction department.
• Building 3D perspective, deploying 2D technical documents according to customer's architectural and interior design requirements.
• Layout, arrange scientifically the images and drawings of the plan to present to customers. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals including clients, consultants, construction contractors.
• Coordinate with departments and project members to implement synchronous work.
• Ability to select interior and exterior materials, work with suppliers.
• Execute drawings of all design phases from Concept, Authority submission, to Construction Documentation of factory projects.
• Coordinating with the Procurement Department to make estimates when required
• Perform other tasks as required by the Direct Manager.

Requirements

•  Graduated from university majoring in architecture
•  5 years of experience or more in the field of design, consulting and design of civil and industrial works.
•  Mastering applicable design standards and regulations. Construction Law and guiding documents.
•  Experience in designing industrial projects is an advantage.
•  Proficient in using relevant software such as Autocad, 3D max, Revit, Sketchup ... and office informatics
•  Time management skills, initiative in work, teamwork spirit.
•  Using new software, applying modern materials in the project.
