Position title: Architect
Salary range: Negotiable
Work location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description

• Be in charged of Conceptual design, creative design and developing design to construction details.
• Review, check and manage the design development from materials specification, details, construction to completion in a quality and timely manner.
• Establish the architectural processes and standards to guide the rest of the R&D organization
• Co-ordination with M&E and structure designer
• Reports with the request of superiors

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent
• 1 year experience with a similar position
• Honest, hard working, independent and self-motivated
• Required language (s): Vietnamese & English.
• Full-Time positions available
• Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD, knowledge of Sketch Up would be an advantage
• Good design and detailing capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as team work
• Project management experience
