Job Description- Understanding, summarize and update the request of supplier based on different lifecycle stage. Segment the supplier pool based on lifecycle and e-commerce capability and provide suitable service support and training session for different segment. - Collaborate with channel partner to explore the potential of tail supplier; provide operation service for middle supplier; collaborate with account manager and convert middle supplier to Key Account (KA) efficiently. - Enable service team under channel partner through data-analytics tools, SOP or product innovation to improve service efficiency; provide timely feedback for country team. - Increase star supplier percentage overall, especially in targeted industry. Collaborate with account manager to provide exclusive operation consulting service for KA. - Establish a strong collaboration between sales and service funnel; support sales to increase renewal rate and supplier satisfactory rateJob Requirements- Bachelor degree and above with 5 year plus in enterprise sales in channel, service and operation - Has deep service team management experiences. - Has experience in consulting, sales or after-sales service - Team Player, Good Communication and Collaboration skills are a must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment. - Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel, cross cultural communication, fluent in written and spoken English, also strong self-motivated.
