[ALDO Shoes & Accessories] Assistant to Director of Consumer Lifetyle Division

- Anticipate and optimize the Director’s travel arrangements and other logistical needs, and for the Director’s VIP guests.
- Assist the Director to prioritize her agenda and all subsequent follow-ups.
- Maintain the administrative files: signatories, contacts, corporate templates, SOP manuals, reports, etc…
- Ensure that meeting agendas and minutes are prepared for all meetings attended by Director.
- Ensure proper follow-up and execution of the Director’s instructions and mandates.
- Coordinate and organize major corporate events.
- Maintain a strong communication channel between the Director and relevant parties.
- Track, review, and summarize periodic reports from all Business Units and Functional Departments.
- Research and compile briefings on general economic trends, macro-economic conditions, industry information, specific companies and topics for the Director prior to travels and meetings.
- Support the Director and other managers with presentation materials and formats.
- Provide data analysis and advise situational analysis where applicable.
- Provide extended support to Group Executive Committee members as needed.
- Support other family matters assigned by Director
