Job description

Coordinating the additional and existing volumes how to make consolidation by building up own KN pallets at airport for loading in order to lower our buying rates.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Ensure to well communicate with concerning parties (Airlines, clients, ground handling Agency) for smooth operation activity

Ensure to meet with cargo handling requirements per SOP to deliver excellent service for customers

Execute proper handling: No labels on barcode and shipping marks

Plan and assign operational staffs appropriately & reasonable in order to support customer both working time and overtime to avoid cargo-offload; customer’s complaints

Build up relationship with ground handling agency, airlines, security department, and bureau of customs for smooth cargo handling

Pro-actively contact clients for well cargo receiving arrangement in advance

Be great connection with KN office for fast responses & actions regarding shipment handling

Ensure getting relevant export documents for cargo departure timely and correctly.

Build Up(BUP) pallet/ULD strategy to develop our own pallets to maximize GP as well as have competitive buying rate

Your skills and experience

Possess a degree with related discipline from a recognized institution

3 years experienced airfreight operation

Excellent customer service skill

Fair English communication skill (both verbal & written)
