• Analyze and make countermeasures for quality issue and improve production processes to meet quality requirements.

• 5 year experiences in SMT management
• Graduate collegue
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good skill in using AutoCad, Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational & analytical skills.
• Able to handle stressful situations and tight dead-lines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
