ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in HOME APPLIANCES industry who is looking for ACCOUNTING MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: Dong Nai 
• Salary: Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions includings, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Develop a company’s financial and accounting policies, workflows and methods after consultations with heads of finance.
• Manage and Assign accounting tasks to a team of Accountants.
• Audit accounts to ensure they comply with the company’s policy regulations and the Tax regulations.
• Provide all accounting and financial reports and documents needed by the company’s external auditors.
• Evaluate a company’s financial transactions to ensure they comply with VAS.
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing environment with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
• Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, SAP system.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
