Accounting and Finance Manager ( Manufacturing/ SAP / Long An)

Primary Job Responsibility                                                                                          

1. Update and Check the data keying in related for SAP. "                                                                              

2. Prepare and filling Tax reports, some other reports to Government Office."                                    

3. Follow up, checking, reconcile all accounts in Trial Balance; complete all necessary steps in order to close books on time."

4. Make sure all entries have been updated accurately in system on the monthly closing date."   

5. Accrual, allocate expense accounts, compare actual & budget."                                                            

6. Manage, filling & control Fixed asset: record, allocate depreciation, periodic count,…"                

7. Cross check the balance of AP, AR at month end and ensure the figures are correctly."               

8. To plan and follow the annual budget and forecast"                                                                                   

9. To manage people and follow all the activities of FI department."                                                        

10. To control and analysis the expense and propose the cost saving (if any)."                                     

Qualification Requirements                                                                                       

• Graduated from College Degree above, related major such as Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economic,…"
• Used to work Finance & Accounting field at least 5 years.
• Used to be a FI Supervisor or Chief Accountant."
• Well English, Well knowledge both functions accounting & finance, risk controlling, cost optimization "
• Result-oriented, careful, accurate, co-operate, independent.
• Honest, Integrity & Proactive."
• Knowledge of MS Office, Accounting software SAP preferred.
• Always update the new regulation of Local government about tax, reporting, auditing…
• To comply with applicable rules and regulations with respect to company/group policies, respect to Government/MOF.
• Especially to ensure the compliance policy (Anti-corruption)."
