MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Be responsible for managing, strategically developing and driving the profitability of both new and existing client events & projects (activation, promotion, launch);
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on the brief and on budget;
• Ensure that each project is delivered to its maximum profitability levels and that areas of upselling and cross-selling are identified;
• Ensure that all opportunities within client accounts are maximized;
• Pitch for new business and taking the lead on;
• Prepare Presentation and pitch for business;
• Coordinate with operational teams to deliver effective events and efficient;
• Build and develop long-lasting relationships with clients;
• Develop networks at events and trade show to identify opportunities and develop business across the business` portfolio of services;
• Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics and promotional activities to support clients` projects;
• Identify opportunities, sponsorships, promotions for marketing and sales;
• Manage tradeshow-related and customer events;
• Negotiate event discounts/ advantages on behalf of the company;
• Manage show/event vendor relationships with hotels, convention centers, exhibit houses, labor, and organizations;
• Manage promotional campaigns related to events;
• Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• University degree in public relations, business management or another related field;
• At least 3-4 years experience in event management;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
• Work independently and self-motivated and high integrity.
