Account Manager (Advertising Agency) - based Hanoi

Report to General Director/ Account Director

SUMMARY 

 Services clients, increases sales from current customers, and increases customers base. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Confers with clients, utilizing product knowledge and research to assess clients needs for advertising, determines their advertising goals and annual budget;

 Confers with creative, research, media and production teams to develop campaign strategies; 

 Submit campaign proposals, suggest concepts and estimate budgets to clients for approval, making modifications as necessary; 

 Coordinates activities of creative production team in order to carry out approved campaign within budget and time limitations; 

 Implements campaign by authorizing contracts, coordinating media placement, and securing acceptable rates; 

 Reviews and commissions suitable talent, illustrations, photography or stock photos, film and sound; 

 Serves as liaison between clients and creative and production teams; 

 Uses market research information to evaluate, adjust and redirect campaign; 

 Assists in the development of ideas for new advertising concept and campaign; 

 Coordinates booth preparation and attends product-related trade shows with project coordinator & account executives; 

 Participates in the products making process to ensure meeting customers requirements; 

 Reviews and approves contractor and vendor billing; 

 Submit sales forecasts to GD on the monthly, quarterly and yearly basis; 

 Follow up all new businesses and customers requests. 

 Assist with film shooting supervision together with Creative Department 

Job Requirements 

• Graduated in Marketing or Communication, at least 3 year of experience in campaign /account management in an agency
• Track record of project management
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Solid command of English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Passionate and self-motivated individual

 Experience in Automobile/motorcycle industry is a plus
