Responsibility

・Management and purchase of consumables

・Confirmation of various contracts, negotiations with suppliers

・Handling business travelers from the head office

・ Arranging and managing plane tickets for staff business trips

・Planning and execution of company events (Christmas, birthdays, etc.)

・Preparation of documents to be submitted to a tax accounting agency (staff attendance management, cash expenditure table, etc.)

・Account task is using outsourcing service, therefore, Candidate must prepare the documents to be submitted to the tax accountant service.

• Working location: Dist 2, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 12,5~17M VND

Requirements 

・Education: College above

・Gender: Female

・Age: 20s - 30s years old 

・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 level)

                      English conversational Level

・Have experience in general affairs positions in Japanese company

・Good at detailed calculations and confirmations

・Have good communication skill

・Have good knowledge of apparel business

・Good understand trading business
