Position: Japanese Speaking - Senior BrSE - Kỹ sư Cầu nối Cao cấp - IT

Responsibility

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the project.
• Collect client requirements, define and analyze project requirements, make solution proposal.
• Acts as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary.
• Make application design documents in Japanese.
• Perform deliverables review for the offshore team.
• Ensures that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.
• Working location: Dist 2, HCMC
• Monthly Salary:  11~16M VND

Requirements 

• Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or equivalent)
• Experience:
• Experience: 5~10 years’ experience in Software/ Business Analyst and/or programmer and 1~3 years’ experience as Bridge SE for developing & implementing Software Solutions.
• Others:
• Good design documentation is required
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical, analytical and approach to work
• Broad knowledge of Server System, Application Server, Web Server
• Concept: OOP, AOP, OOAD, UML
• Japanese company experience is preferable
• Good working attitude.
• High responsibility and motivate team to achieve project goals.
• Agile Certificate (PMI) or Scrum Product Owner certificate (CSPO) is a plus.
