Position: Accounting Staff - Nhân viên Kế toán - Medical Equipment 

Job Code: 84337

Responsibility

• Receiving and checking documents from other department
• Manager e-invoice
• Making plan for payment weekly, monthly
• Payment for suppliers, internal payment, received, advance, salary……
• Make data for Forecast
• Tracking and management cash on hand, cash in bank
• Input voucher arising to MKS and exchange -rate
• Checking, input salary, insurance data into MKS
• Feed-back inquiry of suppliers upon requesting
• Control debt with local suppliers
• Make other report according to manager and board of director's requesting
• Working location: Dong Nai
• Monthly Salary:  9~14M VND

Requirements 

• Gender: Any
• Age: 25 - 35
• Degree: Associate Degree or bachelor's in Accounting/ Auditing
• Language: Japanese or English - Intermediate Level
• Computer skills:  Word, Excel
• Experience: From 3 years of experience working as an Accountant in any industries
• Prefer candidates who live in Long Thanh, Bien Hoa
• Prefer candidates who can speak Japanese
